Mindfulness

Remote options for mindfulness practice are now available! Do you ever feel like your thoughts are racing a hundred miles a minute? Or that there’s just too much going on and you can’t find time to breathe? Feeling anxious and overwhelmed may even be affecting your schoolwork and grades. If this sounds familiar, mindfulness-based practices may be for you.

Wellness Course: Living Well in College & Beyond - Virtual for Spring 2020

Given all thatt's going on right now adjusting to life with COVID-19, we know that students are more in need of community and well-being strategies than ever before. We adapted our popular 15-week course, ALA 240: Living Well in College and Beyond, and moved it online to meet the challenges of these unique times. This 1-credit course runs 7 weeks and there are three online sessions.

Wellness Coaching: Optimizing wellness for student success

Wellness Coaching can help U-M students adapt to these changing times, and sessions are now done via video conferencing. This is a FREE 1:1 service for undergraduate and graduate students. We are currently piloting group wellness coaching for graduate students.
