What I hope to help students achieve: I want to help students achieve a healthy balance with academic success, social/life experiences, and personal wellbeing.
My approach to wellness: Everything in moderation! I love being active and nourishing myself with healthy foods, but never want to feel too restricted or deprived. I strongly believe wellness is about much more than just physical health, and I work to achieve a sense of balance in all aspects of my life.
Personal interests: Working out (especially strength training), hiking, being outside, and spending time with family and friends.
