e-CHUG (Electronic Check-up to Go) is an online, personalized
assessment tool that lets you see how your drinking,
family risk and campus norms affect your life and future.
The program is available to UM students, faculty and staff.
e-CHUG:
Takes about 15 minutes
Provides quick, confidential feedback
Allows for a personal check-up on multiple occasions to track changes in alcohol use and risk (just
keep your e-CHUG identification number)
For New Users: To use e-CHUG, authenticate here, using
your uniqname and kerberos password. You will receive instructions and be directed to the e-CHUG homepage.
For Returning Users: If you’ve already registered with e-CHUG,
click here to go directly to the site. Enter your e-CHUG ID in the log-in section and click the "begin" button.
For UM Faculty and Staff: To explore
e-CHUG and how you can use it with students, authenticate
