Laboratory |
The UHS Laboratory cannot
release results. For test results, please contact your clinician.
The Laboratory does not accept requisitions from non-UHS clinicians.
No routine testing on Saturdays, so only tests ordered during
Saturday walk-in clinics will be performed on Saturdays. There
may be a charge for laboratory services that are not considered
routine. |
| Language interpretation |
Language interpretation is available. Inform UHS staff if
you are interested in this service. |
| Medical excuses |
UHS does not provide excuse letters for class absences. We
can provide a form letter that documents only visit date and
name of clinician seen, which most UM instructors accept. If
you must drop a class for medical reasons, we may be able to
provide documentation. Please discuss your interest with a clinician.
