Requests for Presentations and Workshops
on Wellness Topics

Health Promotion and Community Relations provides fun and interactive presentations and workshops. We will meet requests whenever possible or help you find other resources.

The process is as follows:

  • By using this form, you can request information about a presentation/workshop.
  • When we receive your request, we will forward it to the most appropriate staff member, who will call or email you to discuss your request (allow a few days for response). This interaction is key to a successful event.
  • Plan ahead: The more time you give us, the better we can meet your needs. Three weeks is a good amount of time.
