UHS medical clinics meet most health care needs including:

• Acute problems such as a fever, respiratory illness, stomach pain, sprained ankle, skin rash, and minor emergencies
• Chronic problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma

Clinical Staff are fully licensed and include medical doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses. We recommend that you select one clinician as your primary care provider (PCP), with whom you will consult for all your health care needs, or we can recommend a clinician for you. If one of our clinicians determines that you need more advanced evaluation or treatment, you may be referred to a UHS specialist or outside specialist.
