See Tobacco: You Can Quit! - Free and discounted products - We offer coupons for discounts on cold care, smoking cessation and safer sex products through our Pharmacy, as well as free condoms in suite 2110, UHS.
Planning a presentation for a class or residence hall? Our professional staff can help you make your presentation better, arrange materials, and even make presentations about alcohol and other drugs, sexual health and healthy eating/body image issues. Opportunities for student involvement:
- PULSE is a student-run organization promoting health in residential commmunities (University Housing, Greek houses and off-campus) through peer interactions and informative programming. Contact Chinyere Neale at 734-647-4659.
- The Student Health Advisory Council advises the UHS director to help improve services. Contact Kathy Edgren at 734-763-1320 for information.
- Student Health Insurance Committee provides an affordable yet comprehensive health insurance plan and addresses domestic health insurance issues on the Ann Arbor campus.
- The Coalition for Action Regarding Eating and Body Image Issues (CARE) increases awareness of eating and body image issues at University of Michigan.
