Electronic Health Record

We recently implemented an electronic health record! We are excited about this change, as we hope you will be, and we also ask for your patience as we learn this new and complex system.

This integrated software system will have many benefits, including up-to-date, accurate, accessible information, resulting in better coordination of health care.

In addition, starting in August, patients will have access to their test results and be able to communicate with their clinician through a patient portal.

UHS has partnered with the UM Health System to implement this single medical record that will facilitate communication between our distinct organizations.
